To claim a return or refund, a **Full Uncut Unpacking Video** is mandatory. Without a clear video from start to finish, we will not be able to process any requests.
Returns are **only accepted** if the product received is physically damaged or has manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for size changes or "mind-change" reasons.
The video must show the package's seal being broken and the entire product being inspected. The video should be uncut and continuous.
Any damage must be reported within **24 hours** of delivery via our email or WhatsApp with the supporting video.
Once your video is verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back. A fresh piece will be dispatched after quality approval.
